Finding Your Food Triggers
Targeting food triggers is an important part of any weight loss programme and with our new addition to the Food Diary – the ‘Food Trigger’ – it is just what you need.
Below is an example of how the new ‘Food Trigger’ works:
Add Your Food To Your Diary
Search or enter the food you are having and if it’s a trigger food, tick the ‘Add a food trigger’
You can now select if the food was triggered by something emotional or situational
You will now be able to review your trigger foods and also view a personal report on how to combat your triggers
