Thank you for purchasing our Why Weight Ireland Food Scales.
As per instructions on the purchasing page, if purchased before 2.30pm, your purchase will be sent for posting today, otherwise it will be in tomorrow’s post.
We will email you with a tracking code so you can track your package once we have received it.
If for some reason you would like to return the item, please note that the product must be returned to us within 7 days and we shall refund you the cost, less the price of P&P i.e. your refund will be €20. If your product does not work due to a technical fault, please have your item returned to us and once returned we will send you out a replacement via Express Post.
Please Note: Each scale has been setup with a tag connected to the battery – please remove this tag before operating the scales. The scales will not operate until the tag has been removed.
