Why Weight Ireland Studio Online Booking & Payment System Refund policy:
- Due to the limited number of participants that can partake in our classes, limited number of spin bikes etc., a class ‘no-show’ will not be entitled to a refund.
- Every online booking will receive an automatic class reminder in advance of their booked class and you will also receive an initial booking confirmation that you can automatically select to add to your calendar. You may cancel or reschedule your booked class up to 2 days before your scheduled class by logging into the booking system (Do set yourself up with a password the first time you complete the checkout); any later and the cancel/reschedule option will be automatically closed and a refund will not be possible.
- Due to the new limited number of spaces and social distancing measures, for any of our classes a ‘no-show’ will not be able to receive a refund unless you cancel or reschedule up to 2 days before your class.
- Unfortunately it is not possible to receive a refund on the Monthly Class Passes
